Sales job with Route ppc turned into money I can't get back

I was approached by two sales reps from Route ppc, a Ms Pryia and Mr Asher. They told me they were sales recruiters for the company. The job was you promote sales and get a portion of commission. When a sale comes in there are two package types, 1% or 5%, and if you don't have enough balance in the work account portal you have to add money to it. Then you can withdraw once it's complete.

I finished my 40th sale and their organization added a 5% package. From the training you can only get 3 per working session. My recruiter pushed me to cover the 3k amount and said I would be allowed to withdraw my 8k of available funds after the sale. After I made a sale they added another 5% package and are demanding I pay 12k to cover it. Now they're saying no, I can't access my money and there's no way to be reimbursed. I'm out $4,148.17 total.
