Called about work from home job that turned out to be a scam
That's when I figured out it was a scam. The site just didn't look right and I could tell something was off. The phone number they used was (515) 466-0344 and the website is www.routveradash.com. They also sent an email from [email protected].
I didn't lose any money because I caught it before giving them anything. But still, it's frustrating getting your hopes up for a job and then finding out it's fake. The address they gave was Ames, IA. Just want people to know about this so they don't fall for it.
