Charged for VIP membership I never signed up for

I ordered a Bible in a Year from this website, Rovena in Casper WY. It was supposed to be very cheap. Then I see a charge for 39.99 on my card saying I signed up to be a VIP Member. I did not do that.

I called them and had it cancelled and they said they would refund it. Still waiting to see if the money actually comes back. Just feels wrong to be charged for something I never agreed to.
