Charged $39.99 for a membership I never signed up for

I ordered books from Rovena.com and paid for them. I got my order just fine. Then I noticed an extra charge of $39.99 for a monthly membership I never signed up for.

This was on top of what I already paid for the books. I'm disputing it with my bank and I'll be calling to get my money back.
