Facebook firewood reply took my deposit and stopped answering

I posted on Facebook that I was looking for firewood and someone replied. We agreed on a price and I sent a deposit to Royal Firewood Supply in New Milford CT through Zelle. After they took the payment they told me it was a miscommunication and asked for another $100. I told them to just cancel the order and send my money back.

They refused and now they don't respond to my messages at all. I have the message transcript if needed. If this business is legit I just want my $100 refunded.
