Warranty letter with no address and rude staff
I called the two different numbers they listed to ask for an address where I could send them a letter. The people I talked to were so mean and confrontational, accusing me of being confrontational when I was just talking normal. The first guy, Jay, hung up on me. Then I talked to Desmond and he was the same way.
I know it's a scam because I haven't dealt with Royal United Mortgage LLC in years. I only called to see what they would say. They won't give me an address to send anything to, which just proves it. Phone number on the letters is 1(888) 538-0818.
