Ordered over a month ago and still nothing

I bought a product from what I thought was a reputable company here in the US. It's been over a month and a half now and I still haven't gotten it. I keep checking the shipping and it just says in transit. There's no phone number to call so I've been emailing and they keep telling me they're looking into it and that the product is in high demand. But when I went on the website it says there's plenty of products left. So that doesn't really add up to me.
