Ordered something and now they won't answer me

I placed an order on 7/31/26 from their website rumef.com. Got a confirmation email with an order number and everything, said it would be delivered in 6-9 business days.

On 8/15 I tried to track the order on their site and it said they couldn't find it. So I tried calling the number they gave, (484) 457-8412, but it just says "the wireless caller is unavailable." I sent them a message through their site and they said they'd reply in 1-2 business days. Well, today is 8/27 and I tried calling again, same message. Sent another message about my delivery but I'm not holding my breath.

I'm just going to dispute this with my bank now. Lost $43.99 on this.

Ordered two AC units and never got anything

I ordered 2 portable AC units from rumef.com back in May. Paid about $79.90 total. Never got any tracking info or anything. When you email them at [email protected] you just get the same auto reply about delays because of order volume. It says orders usually arrive within 6-9 business days and mine is moving through the process. I got that reply a month after I placed the order, and it was two weeks after I first emailed asking where my stuff was. The phone number on the site is (484) 457-8412 and the address is 8 N Front St, Kingston, NY. I just want my money back or the units. Nothing.

Ordered a pillow weeks ago and no one will answer

I ordered an orthopedic neck pillow from rumef.com over 5 weeks ago and I still haven't gotten it. I've called the number on the site, (484) 457-8412, a bunch of times but it just goes to an automated message saying they're unavailable.

I also sent emails to [email protected] a few times and never heard anything back. The address they have listed is 8 N Front St., Kingston, NY 12401. I paid about 40 dollars for this thing and it's just gone. I don't know what else to do at this point.
