Ordered items took over 3 weeks then they wanted me to pay return shipping to China
They offer free exchanges but then demand I pay all the return shipping costs to send stuff back to China. Their website makes it look like returns and exchanges are free and they have a 30 day return policy but they never actually put their real return policy anywhere on the site. Its deceptive.
This company advertises everywhere on social media with influencers and floods your feed with ads. The items are poor quality and they trick people in multiple ways.
