Wedding venue took $8500 and closed without refund
The owner stopped answering my emails after she got exposed for fraud. Now she's closing the business for good and won't offer any refund for services that were never provided. I paid $8500 total and got nothing. I tried emailing [email protected] and calling (562) 551-8771 but no response. Her address is 5301 Sheila St in Commerce, CA. This is a breach of contract and she just disappeared.
Booked wedding venue and lost $15,000 with no refund
I only found out in June 2026 because I saw some news online and called them asking what was going on. They finally told me the truth. They moved me to some partner venue but when I talked to that owner they said they hadn't heard from Rustic Rentals in months. Then two weeks before my event they cancelled it. No refund, no remorse.
