Website selling sweaters that turn out to be printed shirts

I ordered from rusticlovee.com thinking I was getting a handcrafted sweater. The site made it look like high quality stuff. What showed up was a screen printed jersey shirt trying to copy a sweater design. It looks ugly and the quality is bad. I lost $81.70 on this. Their email is [email protected].
