Voicemail from Ryan Weber about a pending legal matter

I got a voicemail from a man saying his name is Ryan Weber. He said he has a pending legal matter tied to my social and my ID. He said I need to call back or a responsible person from my residence needs to.

He said he wants to give me an opportunity to make my statement for the record or he will be forced to sign off on my behalf. He also said he is really concerned about maintaining my privacy during this pending legal matter.

I don't know who this person is and I never got anything in writing. It just seems like a scare tactic.
