Ordered a weighted vest from Ryken and now the site is gone

I was looking around online for weighted vests and came across Ryken. I ordered one on August 23, 2026 and paid with my credit card. That same day I got an email saying my order was reserved for their next inventory release. Then I got another email saying it was being prepared for shipping.

There were two buttons in that email, one to view the order and one to track it with Shop. Those links worked at first but now they don't work at all. When I try to go back to the Ryken website I originally used, that doesn't work either.

I've sent 3 emails asking what's going on and I haven't gotten a single response back. I'm out $119.34.
