Strange $14.95 charge from a website I never used

I noticed a $14.95 charge on my credit card statement and then I got a text notification about it being pending. My wife and I didn't buy anything from this merchant. I have no idea what SALERECOVER.COM even is.

I called my credit card company and disputed the charge. They cancelled my card and sent me a new one. After the charge posted, my wife got an email that seemed like it was related, probably phishing too. The address on the website says La Porte, TX. I just want people to know about this.
