Signed a docusign for a refund that never came

They reached out about this education program to learn sales. The whole pitch was you sell what they are selling to you, and if you hit their requirements you get a commission and a refund. Sounded okay at first, so I signed the docusign in good faith.

I actually got approved for the refund but then nobody ever got back to me. They started out as Sales Flow, then changed the name to Closely in June. After that they stopped taking coaching calls. Now I can't even log into the site anymore. I'm out 5999 dollars and just getting silence.
