Facebook ad for COPD cure charged my card twice

I was on Facebook and saw Sam Elliot talking about a cure for COPD. Right underneath that video there was an ad and I thought it was for COPD too. I'm older and I would do just about anything to heal my COPD so I ordered it.

They sent me the top purchase and charged me $340.88 which I did not want. The transaction date was July 20th and it posted on the 21st. I sent them an email right away asking to cancel the order but it didn't happen. I emailed again because when I called they blocked my phone.

I paid with a Master Card and they just charged it again so I cancelled the card. The phone number on the ad was (207) 204-8045 and the address said West Babylon, NY 11704. I lost $340.88 total.
