Email about buying a puppy turned into extra fees

I contacted this person by email about buying a puppy. They kept confirming that transportation was included and I would not be charged for it.

I sent $650 through Cash App. Then the transportation company they used told me I had to pay $1250 for special insurance for the puppy to fly from Oklahoma City to Wisconsin. I think both of them are in on it together.

I have more files to upload.
