Charged twice for ice maker and no one answers

I ordered an ice maker machine from sanvixero.com. Instead of sending one, they sent out two and charged me $59.38 for the extra one. I tried calling the phone number on the site, (515) 443-0500, but it's not even their number.

I've sent emails to [email protected] and never got a single reply. They have an address listed in CA, USA but I don't know what good that does me. Just stuck with an extra machine I didn't ask for and they took my money. No way to get ahold of anyone.

Ordered an icemaker but never got it

I placed an order on May 25th and got a confirmation right away. Then they sent me a tracking number too.

It just sat at customs from July 4th until July 21st when it said delivered. But I never got my icemaker. After that they sent me some bogus USPS email saying I needed to pay more postage. So I had the post office look into it and there was nothing on the tracking number they gave me. It was a scam.

I already reported it to PayPal and got my money back. Still no icemaker though.
