Paid for a pool product online and nothing ever showed up

I ordered something from their website www.sapasopools.com and paid about $30.21. That was it. Never got any tracking, never got the item, nothing.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] and even called the number on the site (562) 922-1783. No answer, no reply back. The address they have listed is 12618 Lakewood blvd in Downey, CA but I don't even know if that's real at this point.

Just wanted what I paid for and they went silent. Pretty frustrating.
