Door to door ATT signup I never agreed to

I had some door to door sales reps from ATT come by about getting fiber internet in the neighborhood. I was interested so I gave them my info, including my driver's license number, just to learn more. I didn't sign anything though.

Then I started getting emails from Sara Plus, which I guess is a contractor ATT uses. There was a contract attached that looked like it had my signature on it, but I never signed that. So I called the number on it and talked to a woman named Princess. She asked for my 4 digit account PIN to cancel the account. She gave me a cancelation number and a reference number and said I would get a confirmation email about it.

But I never got that email. And now I'm worried about identity theft since I gave them my license number. The number was (833) 603-3321 and the email came from [email protected]. I just want to make sure this is really cancelled and they don't have my info anymore.
