Calls to my job and family about a claim I know nothing about

Someone named Sarah Williams called my place of work from 877-254-3099. She also called my sister-in-law and my husband. On the voicemails she left, the number she gave to call back was 877-273-3988. She said there have been repeated contact attempts that I haven't answered. I don't answer calls that show up as Spam or that don't give any real information. She threatens that I have a claim number and that she's filing paperwork with my county. Not once on any voicemail she left for anyone does she say who she works for or what this is even about. It's very threatening. Nothing has been sent to my home or my email about any claim. I did a quick search of county records and there are no pending cases.
