Boutique took my money and never sent the clothes

I ordered from this clothing boutique online, sashclothingbar.com. They sent me a confirmation email saying my stuff had shipped. Okay, so I waited. After like three weeks, the USPS tracking number still just said "awaiting shipment from sender." I went back and forth with the owner, Brandie, over email a bunch of times.

She sent me another USPS tracking number that was also bogus. I still never got anything. I asked for my money back, the total was like $179.97, and they just kept saying the order had been shipped. But it obviously wasn't. They have my money and I have no clothes. Their address is in Madisonville, LA. Phone number is (502) 275-1947.
