Someone using my email for scams from a Frankfort address

I got a letter or something in the mail about this address at 106 elm dr in Frankfort KY. [email protected] is the email tied to it. They are using my email to do any number of scams and I have no idea how they got it.

I never signed up for anything with these people. No money was lost yet but that is not the point. My email is being used and I want it to stop.

I do not know who this person is or why they picked my email. Just want someone to look into it.
