Bracelet order turned into unwanted VIP charge

I ordered the free bracelets from Save the Paws, just paid the shipping. They added on $9.00 to feed a dog which I didn't ask for but I let it go, figured whatever. Then about 14 days later I see a charge on my debit for $29.99. I never authorized that.

I wrote to them and they said it was for the VIP club. I never said I would join that. So I had to cancel the VIP club so they wouldn't take more money. I also ended up closing my account with the bank just to make it impossible for them to take anything else. Their email is [email protected] and phone is (866) 731-4212. Just a heads up for anyone else.
