Text about Zelle led to fake Chase fraud call

I got a text asking if I authorized a transaction through Zelle. I said no, and then my phone rang. The guy said his name was Caleb Hill from Chase Fraud. He asked if I authorized certain transactions, which I didn't. Then he asked if my account was linked to anything like PayPal. We went over those, and he had me try sending money to a few people, saying they were other agents they worked with.

The next day he told me to go into the branch for a "sting operation." He had me do a Chase to Chase transfer to a Javant Anderson. I didn't think anything weird until they started asking about my accounts at other banks. That's when it clicked. I lost $5,400 to this. Phone number was (805) 670-6866.
