TV ad for blood tester was just a cheap oxygen meter

I saw this ad on TV for a five function blood tester and it looked legit. I paid $49 for it. When it showed up, it's literally just a $5.00 oxygen meter. Not even close to what was advertised. The box didn't have any real brand name on it either.

I tried to figure out who to contact but there's no company info anywhere. Just the address on the shipping label which is 5575 Ogontz Ave in Philadelphia. I feel stupid for falling for it but the ad was convincing. Just want people to know this is a scam.
