Fax saying we owe $469.95 for something we never ordered

We got a fax the other day saying we owe $469.95 for something called "Annual existing fax infrastructure." That's not a thing we have or ever signed up for. No company name on it, just an address in Dallas.

I looked at it and it just didn't make sense. We don't have any contract like that. The fax had the address 9535 Forest Lane Suite 114J, Dallas, TX 75243 on it but no real business name.

I'm not paying it obviously, but I wanted to report this because it looks like a fake invoice trying to get us to send money for nothing. There was no phone number or email either, just the address. Seems like a scam to me.
