Ordered online July 16 and now they won't answer

I placed an order on July 16 and paid $60. After that it's just been one excuse after another. First they said shipping delays, then something about inventory, then they just stopped replying to my emails altogether.

The phone number they list on the site always says to contact them during business hours but when you call during business hours it just rings or goes to some generic message. I've tried multiple times.

I never got my item and I'm out the $60. I don't even know what else to do at this point. They're just ignoring me now.
