Daily voicemails about taxes I don't owe

They keep calling me from 1-540-385-0941 and leaving voicemails to call back at 775-438-1723. I finally called them and told them to stop calling and take my number off their list, that I owe zero taxes. Then the lady with the heavy accent asked if I got a letter saying I owed taxes. I told her again I owe nothing and to remove my number, and she just hung up on me.

I tried calling the 530 number they left but no one ever answers. It's just scammers pretending to be a tax service for people who owe the IRS. I wish they'd all get arrested. I'd report it to the FBI but I don't know how and they probably have bigger things to deal with. Just tired of getting these voicemails every single day. They never pick up when you call back either.
