Job offer on Signal turned out to be a scam

I applied for an Administrative Assistant job that was listed under Schafer Manufacturing Co. Got an email back saying I passed the first screening and they offered me $30 an hour with benefits. The email told me to download Signal and get in touch with a hiring manager named Sandy Kasper. The username was SandyK.03 and the number was +1 (821) 221-2974.

So I did that and we kept talking through Signal. It seemed like a real hiring process at first. But then I started thinking something was off. I looked into it more and figured out this is an employment scam pretending to be Schafer Manufacturing. I only gave them the name of my bank, nothing else like account numbers or routing. Good thing I didn't give more.
