Caller ID showed hospital but it was insurance

I got a call and the caller ID said it was from SCL Health, which is a hospital group. We don't really use any of their local places so I was worried maybe a friend or family member got hurt. So I picked up.

Guy on the other end says he's from Allstate Insurance. I said, "so you're not with SCL Health?" and he just hung up. I tried to look up the number after but couldn't find anything.

Seems like they're faking caller ID to show a hospital name so people will answer. I wouldn't have picked up if it said Allstate.
