Loan approval that started asking me for money

I applied for a personal loan and they told me I got accepted. Then as I was going through the process it started asking me for money. The phone number was (437) 887-4241 and the email was [email protected]. The address they gave me was 3389 steelers ave east, North York, ON M2H 0A1. I lost $6.68. It just didn't make sense that I was approved but then had to pay.
