SCAM

I ordered scrub jumpsuit that never arrived. They lied to me and said the item was on the way. The item never arrived and they stopped responding to my emails. This company need to be stopped. I am certain that they are scamming thousands of healthcare workers and this is not fair. Please do not order from this company. Please please please do not become a victim of these scammers.

Scrubloop site looked real but no way to cancel or return

I ordered 2 pairs of scrubs from scrubloop.com. The site looked legit. It even had reviews and detailed measurements on the clothing. After over 2 weeks of not even having a tracking number I went back to the site to just cancel my order. That's when I realized they don't even have an option to cancel your order or even return them.

I started looking through the site closer and all of their "reviews" of people wearing them are AI generated. That plus not being able to cancel or return gave me a bad feeling. I emailed them at [email protected]. I've been back and forth with them now for a month and still have not initiated a return though they say they have. And now they marked my order as "delivered" when I never got anything.

I already filed a report through my bank. Their phone is 1(845) 359-7820 and address is 1001 S Main St STE 600, Kalispell, MT 59901. I just need other people to know not to order anything from this site so they don't have the same experience.

Ordered from Scrubloop in August and still nothing

I placed an order on Scrubloop.com back on August 18, 2026. It's been a while now and I still haven't received anything.

There's no phone number to call them, which is frustrating. The only thing I have is an email, [email protected], so I sent a message there but haven't heard back.

I spent $150 on this order. The address listed is just Vernon, CA, nothing more specific. I just want my order or my money back at this point.
