Sold me a fake ACOG and wouldn't take it back

I bought a few things from SDS Guns, but the main one was what I thought was a real TA31 ACOG. That's a super expensive optic, you know the ones they use overseas. I paid around $500 for it used. I had it for a couple months and used it on my rifle a few times, nothing rough. I actually took really good care of it.

I decided to sell it back to them because I needed cash for some bills. Turns out the thing was fake. They wouldn't even give me $100 for it. I'm stuck with it. Their info is sdsguns.com, phone (719) 203-6685, and they are at 3902 Palmer Park Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80909.
