Ordered a hat that never showed up and no refund
When I tried to contact them online they said they can't refund me and to reach out to customer service. But the email address they gave me isn't legit and the phone number (805) 685-8555 doesn't work either. I'm out 25.86 dollars and can't get ahold of anyone.
