Bought once for my heart and now I can't stop the charges

I bought this supplement because I have heart conditions and thought it might help me out. My doctor told me to stop taking it though, so I did. But the problem is I keep getting 3 bottles shipped to me every single month and I can't find any way to cancel the subscription. I've tried looking around their site and there's just no option for it.

I've been charged about $300 total so far and I don't even want the product anymore. The phone number on my statement is (866) 572-9404 and the address they have listed is 1777 Abraham Ct. #1711 in San Leandro, CA. I emailed [email protected] too but never heard anything back. I just want them to stop sending bottles and charging my card.
