Instagram ad order came in an empty envelope

I saw an ad on Instagram and ordered from this site, sedgeia.com. The order was supposed to have 5 items in it. What I actually got was an empty envelope. There's no way 5 items would have even fit in that envelope in the first place. I lost $58 on this. I tried reaching out to the email [email protected] and the phone number (253) 961-1305 but nothing came of it. No product, just an empty envelope.
