No fruit full refund but they will not refund

We ordered 1 Live Mango Tree seedling and 2 Premium Giant Sweet Cherry Sapling trees from seedsunrise.com. The seedlings came really late in the season. We planted them and took good care of them but none of them ever sprouted or grew. We emailed them about it over and over. They said sorry and offered to send us 3 Peach Trees instead. We got the peach trees but those never grew either.

Their website and the order say no fruit full refund. We sent over 20 emails asking for our refund and they just keep arguing with us and refusing. Total we lost is $115.

This place is fraudulent with very bad support on all levels. Please warn other people and help us get our money back.
