Monthly charges on my parents card after one purchase
I only caught it because I was going through their bank statements to help them out. They don't understand this kind of stuff, these hidden things online. They would have just kept getting charged and never known why. It's not right how they set this up to take advantage of people who don't know any better. I'm reporting this so the charges stop and so maybe they don't do this to some other older person.

I can’t get them to stop charging me this fake membership fee. I’ve tried but no luck. The website is selectbasics.com and they’re supposedly based in Idaho, USA. The phone number they used is (662) 398-6963. I just want the charges to stop.
