Website says I can return within 365 days but nobody replies
On top of that, they signed me up for a subscription without telling me. Nobody said anything about a subscription when I made my first purchase. Then they charged me for it. No warning, no email, nothing before the charge.
I've emailed them again and again trying to get my money back. Still nothing. I'm out $206.89 and I can't get anyone to answer me.
