Sent my diamond ring and they say it wasn't included
They said they didn't accept the items I sent in, but then they also said the diamond ring wasn't in the package. Which makes no sense because I have the picture showing it was in there. I've asked them multiple times to just send my ring back to me.
I'm out $350 and my ring. They just keep saying it wasn't included. I don't know what else to do.
