Order paid for on Pinterest link never showed up

I bought something through a link on Pinterest and also paid for the insurance on the order. Got my confirmation email and everything. It was moving along fine with international shipping, said it was out for delivery on August 4.

But it never came. I sent messages to the shipping service and also to the vendor, but nobody has answered me. The website is senleny.com and the email I used was [email protected]. I'm out $31.99 and just want to know where my package is.

Dresses from Pinterest ad never arrived and email bounced back

I bought some dresses off a Pinterest ad. The dresses were $24.99 but with shipping and this "product insurance" thing it ended up being $31.99. I never got any confirmation email from them at all.

So I tried to email them at [email protected] like their website said to do for questions. The email bounced right back saying the address wasn't valid. That's when I knew something was off. Now I have to call my bank and dispute the charge.
