Website said my order was delivered but I never got it

I ordered something from SensationP.com and the whole thing has been a mess. I paid $35 for it and then when I checked on my order they told me the status was delivered.

But I never received anything. No package showed up at my door.

I tried to figure out what was going on but the order status just says delivered. That's it. I'm out $35 and have nothing to show for it.
