Paid $8,900 for products that got charged back
Then out of nowhere I see the charges got disputed on my card. I didn't do that. They filed it themselves I guess. So now I'm out the money and they won't answer my emails. I tried writing to [email protected] but nothing.
I just don't get how they can sell me real products and then turn around and claim the charges weren't theirs. The phone number still works but they don't pick up when I call. I have no idea what to do at this point.
