Call about legal documents and an old loan I never got
The guy who answered said he was an attorney. He had my name, my social security number, and my address. He said they were contacting me about a credit union loan for $8,100.00 that I supposedly got in 2017. I never got that loan. He said if I didn't respond they were filing a judgment against my property and he had the property address too.
I think they got my info because I recently updated my credit report with all 3 bureaus and put my new phone number on there. This number is new and not even in my name, so that's the only way they could have gotten it.
