Facebook ad for OU Pandora bracelets turned out to be plastic

I bought two University of Oklahoma Pandora bracelets through Facebook from a company called Serenity Curve. I paid $200 for the two of them. When they showed up they were not even close to Pandora or anything like Pandora. The charms are plastic.

I emailed them three times trying to get a refund and never got a response. Now it looks like the website has been taken down too. I spent $200 on two bracelets that aren't even worth $20.
