Got a threatening message from someone named Sky Miller about photographing my cars

I got a message from someone named Sky Miller who says she works for Serve Pro Processing. She stated she had an appointment to come to my address and photograph all vehicles in my driveway, inside and out, for bounty purposes. She said if none were available she would go to my place of employment listed.

The message said failure to comply will be noted. And then it said if I have any questions I need to contact my lawyer. It gave a phone number for that. The whole thing felt off. I never agreed to any appointment for this. It just seems like a threat to get me to call some number.
