Scam Service Activation Center
So Please folks, don't fall for this and read the fine print, because it's all bogus. The only thing they had was my mailing address. there was a phone number:
1-888-426-0719 and no return address listed. Only the following clue: "All policies are through Service Activation Center FL license #G158355". I looked it up and found that others had reported this scam. I also saw they have a vaguely legit looking internet page. Be very cautious out there, scammers are even hungrier these days because times are becoming tough online for them thankfully. Hope the picture helps others not fall for this.
Mail about a vehicle contract I never signed up for
I never signed up for this. Never showed any interest in any service contract. It just showed up out of nowhere with my info on it. The letter had a License # G158355 on it too.
The return address is in Sacramento, CA 95813. I don't know how they got my address or why they think I want this. I'm not calling that number. Something about it feels off.
