Tank tops never showed up and refund never came

I ordered tank tops with built in bras for my 2 granddaughters from this company. They claim it was delivered twice and that we were home both times. There were no deliveries from them at all.

I asked for a refund and they said they would credit me my $49.98 and put it through as a priority. That was on September 23. This order #2171 was placed on July 20, 2026.

I have been emailing the company several times and keep getting told they will refund me. Still nothing as of today.
