Order never came and they kept asking for my order number
I had a gut feeling they were just stalling. So I finally contacted my bank and reported a discrepancy and asked for my money back. I lost $70.97. The company is in China so I couldn't call them. I just wanted my order or my money.
Instagram ad for bras that turned out to be a fake website
Weeks later I got this unmarked package. The product looks nothing like the photo. The quality is horrible and the sizes and tags don't even match what I ordered. There was no invoice or receipt in the box. It took me like 20 minutes just to find my order number.
There's no customer service number to call and no way to get a refund or return. I feel like I got tricked by some Chinese company. I lost $53.98 for absolutely nothing.
Ordered from Shape-curve and can't get a refund or order number
They keep saying due to heavy purchases they are behind on shipments. I asked for a refund or at least an order number so I know what's going on. They won't give me either one.
It's been over a month now and I'm just trying to get some help.
Bras look nothing like advertised and they won’t give a full refund
Their website said if the product is not accurate in description then they will pay for a full refund. So I asked for that. But they only offered me 10% back and said keep the bras. I told them no, I want a full refund because the product is not as advertised.
Now they say nowhere on the site that you have to mail the stuff back to China to get a refund. That would cost like $50 just in shipping and customs. So they send you junk and then make you pay to send it back. I didn’t pay that. I just want my money back.

Getting harassing calls about a fake loan I never took out
I've told them to stop calling and that they have the wrong person, but they just keep harassing me. It's causing me a lot of stress. I never applied for or received any loan from them.
I also saw information online linking them to a website called Shape-curve.com and an email [email protected]. They took money from someone else for a counterfeit product. This whole thing feels off.
Ordered from shape-curve.com in January and never got my items
Still no reply. So I called my credit card company and filed the dispute. It was about two hours later that I finally got an email from them. They asked me to stop the dispute and said they would mail the items. I didn't cancel my complaint. The timing felt off, responding only after I filed.
Paid for next day shipping, never got my pants or a refund
They finally replied last week and said they were sending it out immediately. It still hasn't shipped. They kept saying they're sending it unless I want a refund. So I said fine, give me my money back. Now they keep emailing me asking "if you're sure you want a refund" over and over. Just give me my money.
Bought shape wear that wasn't right and can't return it
What I got was less than ideal shape wear. It wasn't right. When I tried to return it, I got the complete run around. I emailed [email protected] about a return and just got nowhere. It felt like a scam.
